WV Division of Highways District One Master Plan; Charleston, WVAs the first step in the redevelopment of the West Virginia Division of Highway’s District 1 Complex in downtown Charleston, Chapman Technical Group assisted the Division in a Master Plan of development. The redeveloped District would include new buildings, the renovation of existing buildings, and the demolition of obsolete structures.
Chapman Technical Group provided the basic site layout, including building locations, parking, utility relocations and stormwater management. Phasing of the project was carefully considered in order to minimize disruptions to the District functions.
